Get answers to some of the most common questions we get from our customers.

Your Fit Kitchen order will be delivered in a black re-useable thermal delivery bag.
You will be charged a one time $5 fee. This helps us help the planet, while ensuring your tasty Fit meals are kept fresher than ever in a sanitized, super-chilled bag. You can choose to keep the bag or return it to our driver on your next delivery for it to be sanitized and re-used.

You can pay online using Visa or Mastercard.

We can also accept E-transfer.  Please contact us directly to set up an order with E-transfer payment.

Your subscription payment will go through every Thursday.  You will receive a reminder text on Wednesday’s if you would like to update your weekly selections.

To Cancel:  Login to your FitKitchen.ca account and go to the ‘My Account’ page.  Select My Subscriptions – Cancel Subscription.  Select to either cancel immediately or select the date you would like to cancel by and save.  If payment has already processed for your next delivery and you would like to cancel, you must call 1-855-773-4743 or email us at eatfit@fitkitchen.ca for us to cancel and refund the order. 

 

To Pause: Login to your FitKitchen.ca account and go to the ‘My Account’ page.  Select My Subscriptions – Schedule Subscription Freeze.  Select the date you would like to pause your subscription until and save.

If you would like to receive your meals automatically each week, select SUBSCRIBE WEEKLY in your cart at checkout.  Subscriptions can be cancelled/paused/update directly through your FitKitchen.ca account.  Subscription payments are processed every Thursday.

Cancellations can be made with full refund up to 24 hours in advance of your delivery window.  If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours we will not be able to provide a full refund.  Please email us at eatfit@fitkitchen.ca or 1-855-773-4743 to confirm.

We deliver our meals in a refrigerated van.  If another vehicle is used for delivery the meals will be packed with cooler packs.  Your meals are also packed in a re-useable cooler bag.
